A career investigator having spent 30 years with the Metropolitan Police in London. As a detective specialised as a homicide investigator and International investigations at New Scotland Yard.
On retiring worked as a private investigator and then for the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman investigating complaints against UK Health Service. At PHSO investigated the avoidable death of a three year old boy from sepsis resulting in the publishing of a report “Learning from Mistakes” detailing how the NHS failed to conduct a proper investigation. Currently employed by Ipsen, a French Biotech, as Director of Investigations since 2018 dealing with the speak up line and leading internal investigations.
