Florent obtained a PhD in Marketing from HEC Lausanne. Florent’s academic research focuses on consumers’ reactions to brand and product positioning strategies. In his doctoral dissertation, he has investigated consumers’ perceptions of brand authenticity. Florent is teaching Fundamentals of Hospitality Marketing and Hospitality Luxury Brand Management at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). He is also teaching a short course on Luxury Brand Management in the new campus of EHL in Singapore. Florent's work has been published in Journal of Consumer Psychology, Psychology and Marketing, and Tourism Perspectives.
