Grégoire Willommet

Grégoire Willommet is an expert in change management and business transformation, with more than fifteen years of experience in complex, regulated environments. With a background in information systems and process management, he led international teams before shifting his career toward the human side of transformation.

He founded and led the Change Management & Transformation Office at a Swiss industrial group, overseeing the PMO, training, communications, organizational design, and change leadership. In this role, he led more than 30 technological, organizational, and cultural transformations, several of them global in scope, and provided executive coaching to more than 100 leaders. A Prosci Certified Advanced Change Practitioner, he created the ACAEM© framework, which makes change measurable and actionable.

Now the founder of an independent consulting firm, he helps leaders and organizations navigate transformation, from developing change strategies to overseeing implementation, with a pragmatic approach grounded in real-world experience.
