Grégoire Willommet

Grégoire Willommet is a change management expert with ten years of experience. He currently heads the “Change Management and Transformation Office” at a Swiss multinational. His diverse skill set enables effective and sustainable transitions, including PMO, L&D, communication, organizational design, and change management.

Passionate about transformation, he has refocused his career on the human aspect, building on his solid background in IT and process management. He has held several global roles, working with international teams. Through the many transformations he has led, he has developed the ACAEM© methodology, which places people at the center.
