Jana Gross is Professor of Digital Marketing and New Technologies at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux. With a doctorate in science from ETH Zurich, she combines academic rigour with field experience in the field of data-driven marketing and artificial intelligence. Her research focuses on the influence of algorithms on marketing and consumption, and on the integration of emerging technologies in brand communication. She is the author of several scientific articles published in journals such as Journal of Interactive Advertising, Marketing Letters and Psychology & Marketing.
