The "Economic models and financial performance" module is designed to give sports managers the tools they need to understand the different economic models for financing sport, to master the associated financial management and control systems, and to develop an economic and financial management model applicable to their organization.

Presentation of the program
The aim of the module is to make sports managers aware of the current economic challenges facing sport, by highlighting the sources of funding and cost structures inherent in different types of sports organization (amateur and professional clubs, events, federations, sports facilities, etc.).
It also aims to provide sports managers with the tools they need to manage their sports organizations, through a review of management tools (profit and loss accounts, balance sheet, investments, cash management, etc.) and concrete examples of situations encountered by sports organizations.
