Christoph M. Ott is an experienced leader and lecturer with expertise in leadership, strategy, and organizational transformation in education and business sectors. As a former school director for nearly 20 years, Christoph spearheaded the creation of compelling visions and strategies anchored in principles of trust, respect, and empowerment.
