Team leadership
The aim of this program is to develop the knowledge and skills needed to manage people in a team context. We will cover the key elements for maximizing team effectiveness, such as trust, constructive conflict, commitment, taking responsibility and achieving objectives.

Presentation of the program
Employees are undeniably a company's greatest resource and strategic asset, but they can also be the greatest challenge for team leaders. We expect teams to be more effective than the sum of their parts, and they can be.
However, sustainable high-performance teams rarely happen without a leader who understands the importance of listening, building trust within the team and showing empathy. He/she must also have high but balanced performance standards.
To this end, we will cover skills such as communication, feedback, coaching, active listening and team identity building. The short program will include the presentation and application of models, methods and case studies. Active participation is essential, including the sharing of experiences.
