About
Download the flyerEmployees are undeniably a company's greatest resource and strategic asset, but they can also be the greatest challenge for team leaders. We expect teams to be more effective than the sum of their parts, and they can be.
However, sustainable high-performance teams rarely happen without a leader who understands the importance of listening, building trust within the team and showing empathy. He/she must also have high but balanced performance standards.
To this end, we will cover skills such as communication, feedback, coaching, active listening and team identity building. The short program will include the presentation and application of models, methods and case studies. Active participation is essential, including the sharing of experiences.
