Delphine Caprez

Delphine has been working in the field of health and resilience for over 16 years.

She has a degree in Business Economics (HES-SO), a diploma in Corporate Health, a Mental Health First Aid Instructor Certificate, a Digital Wellbeing Coach Certificate (ICF) and a Yoga Teacher Certificate.

She is passionate about encouraging behavioural change in health and resilience, both in groups and individually.

She is co-author of the book ‘Performance <-> Bienveillance, Osez le Care-isme’ (published in November 2021 by Editions Management & Société), integrating a new approach to resilience, health and safety at work.

Delphine is Swiss and Australian and speaks French and English.
