Presentation of the program

Today's volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment (known as ‘VUCA’ or ‘BANI’ Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible) underlines the importance of cultivating human skills that foster courage, perseverance, creativity and resilience. Knowing how to manage oneself is a prerequisite for managing a team conscientiously and achieving a collective ambition. Three main chapters will be covered using a pragmatic and practical method: self-knowledge, self-control and finally impact and resilience.

This short course will offer simple practices for managing day-to-day pressure, staying positive, focused, inspired and inspiring so as to enthuse a team even in difficult circumstances. The approach combines theoretical input, practical exercises and sharing. Participants will leave with a wealth of practical tools and are invited to make a concrete commitment at the end of the course. They will also have the opportunity to carry out a resilience assessment before and after the course to identify their potential improvements and existing strengths.

  1. Understand the human physiology underlying the interactions between body, emotions, mind and spirit.
  2. Connect with oneself to become aware of the impact of a leader's behaviors on teams and the environment.
