Françoise Lamotte

Françoise Lamotte, who holds a degree from ESSEC and an MBA from M.I.T, has led an international career (Japan, USA, Europe and Dubai) as a senior executive in strategic consulting and financial services. She is a specialist in digital transformation: in 2007, as Chief Digital Officer of the AXA Group, she initiated the transformation of the global insurance group. She went on to hold leading roles in digital transformation and innovation in multinationals, SMEs, start-ups and NGOs.

Today, she coaches start-ups and consults to Swiss companies in the fields of digital transformation, innovation and customer experience, and speaks at various forums and masterclasses.
