Pierre Volle holds a PhD in Management Sciences (ESSEC Business School) and is a graduate of the International Teachers Programme (London Business School). He has been a professor at Paris-Dauphine–PSL University since 2004. His areas of expertise include customer and brand management, as well as the history and impact of marketing practices. Honorary President of the French Marketing Association, he is the author or editor of a dozen books, including Marketing (plus) durable (De Boeck, 2022). Pierre Volle regularly works with companies and professional organisations as a speaker, consultant and trainer.
