A unique, structured, and transparent evaluation system

At Executive Education HEC Lausanne, feedback on our continuing education programmes is not just vague impressions gathered at the end of a course. They are concrete data, systematically collected from every participant, anonymously, and based on a detailed grid of 32 specific criteria.

Since automating this process, we have already collected more than 2,376 ratings (as of the time of writing) in just two years, allowing us to continuously, quickly, and precisely improve each programme.

Anonymity as a non-negotiable condition

Every feedback form is submitted anonymously. This ensures the honesty of responses and the objectivity of our statistics. This is also why you can find transparent evaluations directly on our website, exactly as we receive them. Nothing is watered down or filtered.

What we do with your feedback

Two thresholds trigger immediate action:

  • When an instructor’s average score drops below 4 out of 6, we directly reconsider the collaboration.
  • When a piece of content or a module scores below 4, it is reviewed, rewritten, or re-designed as quickly as possible.

This level of rigour ensures that every participant benefits from a high-quality, consistent programme that delivers strong added value.
