The main elements of international tax law will also be covered, as well as aspects relating to corporate financing, mergers & acquisitions and the sale of a business (EXIT) through a share sale or asset disposal. The teaching of theoretical concepts will be illustrated by various case studies and group work.

This short program corporate taxation was built for professionals seeking to learn about fundamental concepts and then practice them trough practical exercises.
