Nicolas Bastardoz

Nicolas Bastardoz is an assistant professor of leadership at KU Leuven University and a lecturer at UniDistance and EHL. He holds a PhD from the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne, where he has been teaching organisational behaviour since 2015. His areas of research include leadership, charisma and motivation. His work has been published in prestigious journals such as The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management and Journal of Organisational Behaviour. Nicolas is also a leadership coach and consultant.
