Nicolas Bastardoz

Nicolas Bastardoz is an Associate professor of leadership at KU Leuven University and a leadership coach, consultant and lecturer. He holds a PhD from the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne. His areas of research spans various organizational behavior topics such as leadership, charisma, and motivation. His work has been published in prestigious journals such as The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
