The aim of this short program is to lay the foundations of project management, focusing on the human dimension on three interrelated levels.

The first level concerns the leader himself/herself. How can we identify and question the leader's state of mind and leadership style in project management? The second level refers to the project team. We need to understand the mechanisms of collaboration in order to put them into practice and ensure the alignment of team members. Finally, we look at the human element, focusing on the project's stakeholders. Their commitment is a key element, and here we will identify the levers for creating an inspiring, shared vision.

As a result, this short program is also structured as a reflective approach to one's own leadership style, through a personalized assessment. Theoretical content is complemented by numerous examples and exercises for practical application and individual reflection. In this way, we'll help you to question and evolve, enabling you to position yourself as a project leader.

Learning objectives

  1. Develop the right mindset and leadership style for modern project management.
  2. Increase the commitment of teams and stakeholders by identifying and putting into practice the prerequisites for collaboration.
  3. Place human aspects at the heart of the project leader's concerns to ensure the viability and success of the project.

Target audience

  1. Project, portfolio or program managers or stakeholders wishing to improve their skills.
  2. Managers or professionals seeking to explore a human and inclusive approach to project management.
  3. Anyone wishing to explore new ways of organizing, managing or piloting a project.
