The aim of this program is to deepen our understanding of human behavior within organizations. We will look at the factors that influence the behavior of individuals and groups, such as individual differences, motivation, group phenomena, and leadership.

Presentation of the program
Organizational behavior focuses on the impact of individuals, groups and structures on human behavior within organizations, with the aim of applying this knowledge to improve organizational effectiveness. The aim of this short program is to deepen our understanding of human behavior in organizations. To do this, we will first look at individual factors such as individual differences and values that explain behavior.
Next, we will discuss various theories of human motivation to better predict how a manager can understand human psychological needs and create motivating tasks for employees. We then move on to a group perspective, discussing group processes such as diffusion of responsibility, conformity, and groupthink.
We end by discussing different leadership styles that can improve organizational processes with a particular focus on charismatic leadership.
