Presentation of the program

In a constantly changing world, driven not only by technological breakthroughs but also by significant societal changes, it is necessary to support change through proactive and appropriate behaviour. As a manager or future manager, you will be required to accompany and support these changes. You need to understand the challenges associated with current market disruptions and be able to sustainably support innovation and change within your organisation.

Understanding, supporting and managing change within your organisation and your team is key to success in your position. To help you achieve this, our certificate will provide you with food for thought as well as practical tools that will enable you to adapt your behaviour and that of your team to integrate recent developments into your strategy.

Learning objectives

  1. Acquire an understanding of the challenges and risks associated with new trends (AI, data, digital transformation and industrial ecology).
  2. Define and develop a relevant innovation strategy (for external and internal clients) using concrete and appropriate tools.
  3. Support change within your organisation, both at an organisational and human level, using agile project management tools.

Program's curriculum

The open program in Change management is a CAS designed for professionals wishing to develop new skills in parallel with their professional activity. This open program incorporates a strong participatory dimension. The fundamental notions will be presented beforehand, then supplemented and illustrated by numerous practical exercises based on real cases.

The Change management program consists of 5 blocks . This represents 15 days spread over 4 months. That represents a total of 105 hours of teaching and about as many hours of personal work.
