Our short program in change management alternates the study of successful and unsuccessful real-life innovation situations with tried and tested tools that help organisations anticipate change, organise themselves accordingly and define an action plan. Thanks to these tools, you will be able to clearly formalise a new strategy and obtain the support of your teams and/or management to successfully deal with the upheavals you encounter.

In addition to getting buy-in, we will also look together at how to align structure, processes, employees and incentives with the strategy using an innovative and proven tool: the “Star” model. Finally, you will also be able to develop relevant and motivating change management plans using the ADKAR reference model. In order to cope with a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment, our short course addresses the imperative of change, the ways of anticipating it and the responses to be made: change of strategy, business model or organisation. Communication and people, at the heart of change, will be explored in depth.
