Change coordination
To cope with a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment, our short course looks at the imperative of change, how to anticipate it and how to respond: change of strategy, business model or organisation. Communication and people, at the heart of change, will be explored in depth.
Presentation of the program
Our short program in change management alternates the study of successful and unsuccessful real-life innovation situations with tried and tested tools that help organisations anticipate change, organise themselves accordingly and define an action plan. Thanks to these tools, you will be able to clearly formalise a new strategy and obtain the support of your teams and/or management to successfully deal with the upheavals you encounter.
In addition to getting buy-in, we will also look together at how to align structure, processes, employees and incentives with the strategy using an innovative and proven tool: the “Star” model. Finally, you will also be able to develop relevant and motivating change management plans using the ADKAR reference model. How do I successfully lead change in my organization?
The program helps you structure your approach, from analyzing the situation to building an action plan. You identify the available options: strategic evolution, business model adaptation, or internal reorganization. This approach allows you to move forward with method rather than react under pressure.
How do I get my teams on board?
The module emphasizes communication and human support. You learn to clarify the purpose of the change and address concerns. This clarity strengthens engagement and limits resistance.
How do I align organization and strategy?
You work on the consistency between objectives, structure, processes, and responsibilities. The program provides a framework for connecting these elements in a structured way. This alignment facilitates implementation and supports performance.
How do I anticipate change rather than simply react to it?
You analyze the signals of change in your environment. Practical tools help you assess potential impacts and prepare appropriate responses. This foresight strengthens your ability to make well-considered decisions.
How do I structure a change management plan?
You learn to define clear actions in communication, training, and support. The program helps you plan key milestones and track their progress. This framework makes the change process more transparent for all stakeholders.
Is this useful if my organization has already been through transformations?
Yes. You step back from your past experiences. You identify what worked and what can be improved. This reflection strengthens the maturity of your approach.
How do I handle resistance to change?
You work on understanding human reactions in the face of uncertainty. The program helps you adopt a stance of listening and dialogue. This approach reduces tensions and supports a smoother transition.
How quickly can I apply these tools in my own context?
The workshops are based on situations close to your reality. You can test certain tools on a project already underway. You leave with concrete reference points to structure your next phase of transformation.
