Our short program in change coordination alternates the study of successful and unsuccessful real-life innovation situations with proven tools that help organizations anticipate change, organize accordingly and define an action plan. Thanks to these tools, you'll be able to clearly formalize a new strategy to get your teams and/or management on board, and successfully face up to the upheavals you're encountering.

What's more, we'll also look together at how to align structure, processes, employees and incentives with the strategy, using an innovative and proven tool: the "Star" model. Finally, you'll also be able to develop a relevant and motivating communication plan. In general, all these tools will be illustrated by examples from your own organization in group workshops.

This short program change coordination was built for professionals seeking to learn about fundamental concepts and then practice them trough practical exercises. There is a strong emphasis on practical application supported by academic excellence, with the use of exercises and break-out groups, industry examples and guest speakers.
