The main objective of the "Marketing data & performance" module is to design a data strategy for a company, in order to predict the evolution of its market and create competitive advantages to ensure its development in a rapidly changing and highly competitive market. Indeed, these days, it's inconceivable to run a business without defining a Data strategy.

In this short program, the process of developing such a strategy will be studied through the stages of data acquisition, analysis, governance and sharing. From this perspective, all marketing notions and concepts will be integrated in order to show how, through the Data strategy, to acquire more prospects, increase customer knowledge, enrich and personalize communication and improve sales performance. This short program will be divided into three main parts:

  • Designing and implementing a Data strategy.
  • Identify methods and tools to explore, visualize and exploit data.
  • Measuring the performance and effectiveness of data-driven decisions and actions.

  1. Develop and design a Data Strategy to automate decisions and develop the best marketing decisions.
  2. Analyze data to define marketing actions and visualize data with SPSS / EXCEL.
  3. Measure the effectiveness of decisions and actions through a performance measurement strategy and the creation of a dashboard.
