About
Download the flyerProject teams are by definition diverse: stakeholders have different functions, different roles, but also different identities (whether differences in gender, origin, sexual orientation, religion, or physical ability). These differences can be as much an asset to the project as a burden.
As numerous studies show, the benefits of a diverse team include more varied collective intelligence, better market knowledge, greater creativity and higher productivity. Therefore, to turn differences into advantages, an inclusive approach to collaboration and leadership is necessary and essential.
In addition to defining diversity, this short program aims to (1) understand the needs, challenges and obstacles of different identities, (2) develop inclusive habits of collaboration and interaction, and (3) create a work climate based on psychological safety and collective empowerment.
