Today's leaders need to take the human aspect into account when gathering, guiding and achieving objectives. Human leadership is characterized by an understanding of and attention to the qualities and abilities of colleagues, as well as the environment in which they operate. It's about communicating intrinsic personal values to guide authentically, and anchoring an ethic that enables the group to adhere to it.

This program is structured in several parts:

  • Introduction to ethics: Philosophy has endowed us with over 2000 years of reflection on ethics. How to make ethical decisions, how to decide in a dilemma?
  • Unethical behavior: How is it possible for good people to do bad things in organizations?
  • The ethical toolbox: How to identify and manage critical ethical situations in an organization?
  • First impressions: Can we read others correctly? What are the clues that help, and why are we often wrong?
  • Crisis management: How do you react when a situation takes an unexpected turn?

Learning objectives

  1. Analyze the ethical challenges facing individuals, teams and organizations.
  2. Develop strategies to manage the organization's integrity and foster an inclusive environment.
  3. Practice your own values in your leadership role and become aware of the complexity of interpersonal interactions.

Target audience

  1. Anyone in charge of a department or team wishing to develop their human and interpersonal skills.
  2. Managers or future managers wishing to develop and review their leadership behaviors and practices.
